Although a career as a phone sex operator can be quite lucritive, this is not a "get rich quick" industry. Phone sex is a job that requires time, dedication and an diligent effort to build and maintain a clientele. We consider a successful operator as one who not only understands the client's needs, but also someone that can work well with others.

K & G is a combo company; therefore, all contractors will receive calls either through traditional "trolling" methods or our dispatch line. It is important to know that the best way to build your clientele is with self promotion.

Requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. You must have the ability to be online & on the phone at the same time (2 phone lines or dsl/cable).
3. For security, your phone number must be unlisted & unpublished before starting to work.
4. You must have time to devote to chatting with potential clients in chat rooms and promoting yourself.
5. We require you to obtain certain tools, such as instant messaging machines, Anti-Virus Program and so forth. Downloads will be provided if you do not already have them.
6. We require that you work a minimum of 30 hours a week between taking calls, promoting yourself and working chatrooms. This means that being online and answering email is NOT the only component of your job.
7. You are required to work on either Saturday or Sunday for a few hours.

We offer:

1. Great pay! Earn between 50-70% for direct dial calls, and $1 per minute for all dispatched calls.
2. Direct Deposit every other Friday.
3. We will provide you with a customized website & tech support by our contracted webteam.
4. We provide some advertising, promotion, suppport and training resources (if needed) to you.
5. We will provide you with an AOL email account to work in conjunction with your current ISP.
6. The ability & flexibilty to set your own hours (minimum of 30) & with subject matter which you feel comfortable with.
7. Most importantly, a friendly and supportive enviornment.
